Making a change to your policy online is often quicker than calling us.
You don't need to sign in to do the following:
Driving less because of lockdown?
Many customers are driving their cars less because of lockdown. Your insurance premium is partially based on estimated mileage, so if you’re not on the road as much, you may be due a refund.
Please note: If you have a DrivePlus telematics policy, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll refund you for any reduced mileage during the Coronavirus lockdown.
Renew your policy
Your policy will expire on the date shown on your renewal invite, unless you tell us you want to renew.Renew your policy
If you're set up for automatic renewal and you're happy with the cover outlined, we'll automatically renew your policy and send you the new documents.
Payment will be taken in seven days after renewal using your existing details.

You can easily upload any of the following car documents via our online portal:
- No Claim Discount
- Company car NCD
- Proof of security
- Death certificate
- Power of attorney
- Engineer's report
